Behold I make all things new means everything changes not only for the reborn but also when the World shifts from physical to Spirit mode which is happening as we speak.

The vibe lower frequency simply manipulates our mind to create low vibes. We are doing it either way. We can manipulate the minds of the People to push high vibes too but that would require us to have control over the schools, media, etc.. first. Until then, word of mouth is the best way or social media.
Well imagine the whole world is vibrations. The artificial machines lower the vibe cannot compete with the power of our mind to raise the vibe. However, an easy way to tap into that power is to make a lot of vibe lifting movies, music, street art, good economy, etc.. To get from here to there, we have to make high vibe thoughts, words and deeds. Good deeds go a LONG way even if they are small. The name of the game is vibe frequency. The dark side know all about it but the light side is still learning.
