I assume that they assume that chlorine does kill it because they are simpletons. Therefore the need to close the public pools was because of social distance issues rather than the presence of the virus in the water. That was my take of it anyways

I think these are teachers helping kids learn. Look at the guy in the back. They are probably keeping from breathing it onto the face of the student. They are probably required by employer to wear this setup
