If you supplement with iodine, make sure you get your T3 and T4 levels checked.

I started down this road and royally screwed my thyroid. My doctor is very patient with me and let's me do shit like this under his care (without him condoning it) and in return i am always 100% honest with him. He just asks to run full blood work on me to make sure I'm not killing myself.

With the iodine I wasn't killing myself I don't think, but I felt like SHIT. My thyroid was several times higher than it should have been. Suffice it to say any perceived effects weren't worth it.

That being said, you do you people, just get some blood work every now and then.

You’re a sad individual. I have genuine pity for you. I still think you would benefit from community or friendship somewhere, but I imagine it’s hard to find anyone willing to accept such a sad angry person.

I hope you can find peace and friendship moving forward.

I was commenting on a “conspiracy” in this post with relevant first hand knowledge.

Just trying to share info with friendly discourse. Lesson certainly learned.

I’ve encouraged learning about something I guarantee you don’t know anything about, encouraged community, relationship building, and friendship with fellow men regardless of religion or politics, and when you attacked and threatened an institution I am a part of, I responded with some light sarcasm. I have no problems letting our interaction stand for others to judge.

Membership is dwindling, you might be on to something.

Wonderful news for you then! You don’t have to! Community and camaraderie never hurt anyone though. ;)

It’s a old boys club man…help building a shed, or maybe a reference for a job. Can’t speak for higher degrees, but at least through MM, it’s just an excuse to get away from the wife and kids two Tuesday’s a month for meatloaf and to hear the old guys tell stories. Seek out your local lodge, send an email and join. Costs a few bucks initially and some annual dues, but it’s not much. Will need two Masonic references, but your initial interview will help with that.

Yea, not Masonic signaling here. No Mason signals with an EA hand shake.

Look for the middle and ring finger touching with index and pinky separated, that’s a more typical signal.

t. am a mason

Addendum: if you want to know the suppppper secret handshake, depending on the knuckle you press, signals your degree. EA is literally the lowest rung, and certainly not getting any favors from a lodge.
