If you want to ban FE for being constant and idiotic, why not ban antisemtism for the same reason? That's the problem with your proposal, because it's a slippery slope. Any subject that is actually a conspiracy (so that negates spam, porn, etc.) should be allowed no matter how stupid or braindead it is. But I'm fine with limiting posts per day to say 1.
