I think someone ought to do an autopsy wherein they strip out some blood vessels and cut them open and examine the linings.

The weird stair-stepped edges shown in the photos suggests either crystal structure or a pattern I see in microantennas designed for specific RF frequencies. If the steps as antennas are resonant near 5G frequency usages, we have a barking dog in the night or more like a fire alarm. Those stair-steps exactly resemble microwave energy absorbers, for example the wing structure used on stealth planes to absorb radar energy and prevent reflections. Here, the nano shape could be to absorb external energy and it is this which might account for the Bluetooth type of interactions. The energy in a nearby phone might get absorbed and that could power the device operating as a transponder. It's how larger RFID devices work, like injected pet IDs, but those do not use a winglike antenna.
If some people get death shots and others get 'control the brain' shots, that would explain why vax batch number on passport becomes important. It would fit a strategy of 'kill many, control the survivors we chose not to kill'.
Whatever this stuff is, it isn't 'organic' as such. The rectilinearity of the objects is not organic and living, obviously, but what is puzzling is that the rectilinear objects 'grow' 'roots'. If this is meant to be delivered in the bloodstream to the brain, it seems like a mechanism to connect to neurons. Does that worry you as much as it does me? It seems to be hybrid nano-organic technology, and that has no known good purpose related to protection against viruses.
Another possibility is that the 'roots' are light-emitting fibers used to communicate with nearby other nano devices. In this way these could be used to build up complex mechanisms made up of lots of nano building blocks. Power source would be thermal energy, not batteries as such and maybe not chemical energy since that would require 'food' or fuel. These appear to be nano blocks, not cells which would need food.
