The FBI probably has a special training school for its crisis actors. They even have a special FBI Academy Award for the best ones, like "Best Crisis Actor Pretending to have a leg blown off by an Instant Pot During a Boston Protest" and "Special Award for Most Appearances as a Glowie at a Protest".
