I had a neighbor who was in one of the the concentration camps as a young girl.. she has the tattoo on her are.. a series of Numbers... Very tough woman tbh.. never really spoke...much of what happened.
With that being said... majority of her family did not make it out of the camps.
I've spent quite a bit of time in japan.
Quality of food is on 2 different spectrums compared to north america... I ate a hell of a lot more while I was in japan... Yet became thinner and fitter.
It comes down to what's in the food.
