Lots of places can't find workers. Just a couple of years ago those positions were filled. There isn't that many people collecting unemployment.

When I was a kid I went on a tour of the local water treatment plant. The place was kept clean and spotless with one exception. The pipes where they added the fluoride were a corroded mess.
