The win sites are on private servers and are privately funded. The only way to take them down is for the website agrees to be unregistered and even then there are 3 backup websites registered with different companies.
They should just give us the ip address to direct connect with the website so no need to remember the back up domain names.

Don't know where I saw it but the Saudi prince was a floor above padlock. The room padlock was in was the staging room for an assassination attempt on the crown prince. When authority is passed on to a different group it can be recalled at any time because the original authority is the state legislature.
