Jews are successful because God made a blood covenant with Abraham and all of his descendents. Abraham became the richest man in the world after that. His descendents that embrace their heritage are heirs to that covenant and those blessings. Many of them may not even know it, to them it's just their culture. Everything Jesus did, he did as an heir to that covenant.
