At the time I told you that was stupid because the market isn't a valid indicator, and you wouldn't hear it. I'm not sure how this is related to concerns you've expressed to me before about AI, but I agree with you that this is a bad thing. AI is generally bad because instead of trimming down what information our government collects to what is legal and helpful, they want it to make everything they collect (and store forever) usable to prosecute whoever they don't like, even 20 years later when it was a joke to begin with.

I've watched it comment for quite a while. I don't think it was here when .win first started, maybe not even the first year? Definitely not new though. Lots of times I don't read what it says when I see it, or just skim. Surprisingly sometimes it has spit out good humor!
I think it's a person practicing Buddhist philosophy, but I'm not going to assert if it's even human or not. Mostly a unique twist on wordplay, promoting one specific world view. I'm not sure if a bot does that? I suppose one could be written for any purpose though.
