Just now, doing some more research I uncovered another name, Benjamin Netanyahu. I know for sure Bibi was initiated into a Masonic Lodge while serving as Israel's ambassador to the United Nations in the 1980s. But, further research suggests he holds the 33rd Degree of the Scottish Rite. Several online forums and gematria sites claim this. Also Netanyahu's name has been associated with the phrase "thirty third degree freemason" in cipher databases.
I was trying to confirm with official Masonic records, but no lock so far. The Grand Lodge of the State of Israel maintains strict privacy regarding its members' affiliations, making verification almost impossible. Anyway I added Netanyahu to my list.

In the process I uncovered another name, Nadim Mansour. He was installed as Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Israel 2011-2013. He is a Greek Orthodox Palestinian Arab, who was born in Haifa, and moved to Acre at a very young age. He was initiated as a Lewis in 1971 into Lodge Akko, a lodge of which his father was a founding member. In 1980, he was elected Master of his lodge. But I also stumble on him also being a 33rd degree Mason in the Ancient & Accepted Rite, where he is Grand Orator of the Supreme Council, State of Israel. I added Mansour to my list.

Yes. You're right, both Earle Wheeler and Leo Wheeler were. As well as Kenneth Copeland, although I had Copeland as "Rev. Kenneth Copeland" in the list already (almost at the bottom of the list).
