If EVIL represents the inversion of LIVE; then that implies turning from oneself against another aka rivalry aka competition. Competency in the sense of "sufficiency to satisfy the wants of life" is based upon turning away from need into competition about want against another (not want).

Notice that he utilizes implication (if > then) while leaving out the "then" and exchanging it for reason (evil vs good; good vs bad) aka shaping a circle within a line.

you're at least getting something done

Something aka the "sum of things" put together into a circular conflict of reason aka a competitive rivalry against one another aka both sides getting each other done.

If you contrast...vs...

..then implication (if > then) turns into reason (vs).

Science/scio - "to perceive" becomes fake when consenting (-ist) to the suggestion (-ism) of another.
