Pretty chilling! While knowing they would use vaccination to carry out evil agenda, he still got slipperysloped into it. Or is basic vaccination not that bad? meaning with simple live tissue no added bs.
I frankly think it could have some edge cases but in most cases you are better off without even the simple stuff.

All implies GOD...good vs evil tempts one to ignore that.
Nature moves which prevents any native within from standing still...it's mentally (ideal) and physically (idol) holding onto anything, which makes ones choice slippery.
The base (inception towards death) doesn't vaccinate...it's the apex (life) which puts each other down by vaccination.
Good vs bad implies a circular conflict...what's the base and apex of a circle?
