I wouldn't say they're all gone, just a lot better. As long as I don't push myself I do pretty good. I just didn't know where to start getting help and I definitely didn't know what was going on. Life will never be the same and I need to accept that. My SLP therapist has a saying that helps, "comparison is the enemy of happiness". I was in peak physical shape at 63. I'm still in pretty good shape but I can't work out because it triggers some bad things. I'm glad my eyes and nose aren't pouring out CSF fluid like they were. That was a sign of a bad bad day. Unless I get physically active, that stopped. When that heals up I could probably start getting a bit more physical.
