Form (life) designed to fail/fall (inception towards death)...the visions told to one another (tel-e-vision) represent a redesigned distraction from the original design (division of sight).

expensive

Expansion (inception towards death) of income (life) implies FREE will of choice...issuing money by usury only expands debt/death by distracting from income, which is what makes living so expensive and cheap.
