Well they wont stop in Cueta, they will move into the mainland so it's still a big deal.
Probably not, Spain has no obligation to grant them asylum and frequently enact policies like "rechazo en frontera" and "devoluciones en caliente" to immediately fuck them back to Morrocco where they came from.
I am only posting this because I think most people are getting the wrong story about what is happening in Spain.
Moroccan migrants are storming the border of a Spanish exclave called Ceuta in north Africa.
Some of the migrants are using boats, but most are walking right in.
Yeah it's newsworthy, but I don't see how they plan to make it to the Spanish mainland unless Spain accepts asylum and ferries them across. (doubt)

Exactly. The entire point of them doing this is that Ceuta and Melilla are PART OF THE SCHENGEN AREA. The instant they set foot on those exclaves, they can automatically travel freely anywhere in Europe.
Apparently this is false. Spain can tell the Moroccans to fuck right off and go home. The only exception is unaccompanied minors.

Spain doesn't have to accept the migrants who stream into Ceuta according to international law. (and they frequently don't) Look it up. Whether they will or not this time around is a different story.
