Well to Fauci correct because he had a 10 year pardon for all crimes lol
Once you are pardoned, you can’t claim 5th Amendment rights against self-incrimination. It is a very clearly defined Supreme Court precedent.
He is is contempt of Congress for not answering questions. They got some other politician, recently I think for not going to a hearing.
So the question is if they have the guts to prosecute a pardoned man for not telling of the crimes he was pardoned for in Congress. Only if the GOP is in the Oval Office in 2029 will this go anywhere close to Fauci seeing a year or two in club Fed.
He just did. Nothing will happen to him. He is god himself.
Of course he did. I agree! You can’t legally do a lot of things that still happen.
The question is if he will be held accountable for it, same as it always was.
