Puhlease, you're using all the common online Mohammedian apologist talking points. Momma Kalak didn't raise no fools. Atheists just mock and dismiss.

I'll get into a detailed theological debate on the nature of the trinity with you, if you answer why you want me to answer.

That said, in short, the Trinity is three distinct persons that are still one God, consubstantial as it were. From that statement, your question only makes limited sense.

Nah, I'm a Pelicanian.

I want you to answer about your trinity cuz I don't see how you Christians reason that God is composed of three distinct persons and it's not polytheism. What kind of definitions are you using for God and person there? And what in the world is consubstantiation?

Have you ever looked at how different the Apostles creed, Nicene creed, and Athanasian creeds are? The first two say they believe in one God, the Father. Nothing about a trinity or distinct persons of God. The Apostles creed calls Jesus God's Son and portrays him as an exalted man that is sitting beside God in heaven. It's really vague about the Holy Spirit.

The Nicene creed introduces the polytheism where it starts off saying that the Father is God, then says that Jesus is the begotten Son of God and also is a God. That's two. You don't get "God from God" unless you have one God and then another one. If you start with a batch of cookie dough and make two cookies, the cookies are made out of the same Essence, but they're two cookies and not one cookie. If, before you cook the two cookies you take some of the dough from each to make a third cookie, it proceeds from the other two, but is still a third cookie. When you bake them, you have have three cookies, not one.

The polytheism is cemented in the Athanasian creed. It doesn't start by calling God, the Father. It dives straight into God being a trinity of Gods that are considered one God through sharing of some kind of essence. It says that the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God. That's three, not one. And it's this undefined thing called Essence that's the actual God, not the Father, Son, or Holy Spirit. Those things are only these alleged persons of that Essence. Instead of a Trinity, it should be called a Quadrinity with the Essence being the God above the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. You can call those things God, but none of those Persons or Gods is the actual one God you claim to worship. At what point do you simply accept that you worship multiple Gods?

Nah, you're a follower of the false prophet. Mohammed was tricked by a demon, btw.

I did answer you, in a short sentence. Remember?https://conspiracies.win/p/1ATC02ZMDi/x/c/4ed5c1KSFmM

You didn't answer me about why you are so set on debating. Why are you?

And if you're trying to get some conspiracy about the differences in the creeds, it's caused by greater specificity required to fight various heresies. Nothing particularly conspiratorial about that.

I think Muhammad was just more of a crappy person that made up shit to justify anything he wanted or wanted to do rather than being tricked by a demon.

I did answer your question. Looks like the Mighty Pelican brought us together. Birds of a feather, may we fly high to the sky!

What's this essence of God and personhood stuff you believe in? What in the world is consubstantiation? To justify their worship of a man, Christians have to jump through some major hoops. Not only do you worship a man as God, you worship 3 God's and tell yourself it's really one God. Listen to the way Christians talk when you're at church and count how many times you hear the phrase "God and Jesus" instead of just "God". Try it

I'll leave the Mohammed stuff aside for now. I'm not convinced, especially when you're still using their talking points about the trinity being polytheism. Nobody, I mean nobody, attacks Christianity from a unitarian perspective, not even the most militant atheists.

You didn't answer why, of all people on this conspiracy theory board, you're asking deep theological questions of me, and moreover not taking the answers very seriously.

Honestly, though, if you expect a systematic theology from the bible like geometry or Newtonian physics, you won't get it. There is a limit to human reason, which is why certain things are revealed by divine revelation.

To your comment: Jesus as the 2nd person of the Trinity had two natures, a human nature and his nature as God. That's what consubstantial mean, of two essences but the same identity. Outside of time, God always existed, but inside of time he became incarnate of the virgin Mary and became man while still God. This, of course, is the divine revelation I'm referring too.
