No one. No one gives a shit. I couldnt afford parmegiano regano even if I wanted to (I don't) anyway. How much is that wheel anyway, $5,000? Who is going to buy that? And care about scanning it?
Only a restaurant would buy this kind of cheese, and they sure as hell will buy the cheapest stuff anyway. Or a store, but is a client really gonna ask to scan the cheese?
Well when it comes to counterfeit olive oil, they are using oil that is not 100% olive oil so it's a big deal. I suspect the counterfeit Parmigiano-Reggio is cheapened slop with different ingredients made to taste similar to the cheese just mentioned. Because it's more profitable for the criminals to sell shit than something high quality when customers are thinking it's high quality.
Would definitely agree edible microchips aren't a concern, but some people have concerns that the food stores can be broken into and set on fire, they might even take some of the food for themselves who knows, we've had a bunch of stories of that
Is the "Counterfeit" using the same ingredients but not made in the Parma region of Italy?
Who fucking cares?

It was an empty chicken house, though, so no real conspiracy. If there was, I'd put my money on jewish lightning.
Food implies demand; hunger implies supply. Few artificially supply the demand to distract many from the natural supply demanding adaptation.
Just heard about tracking chips in rice too
