The whole “empty your mind” style of meditation, like shambala… no thanks, invitation to spirit possession.
Meditating on specific scripture, or during prayer to God through Jesus Christ, the intercessor— priceless.
Only within whole can each partial mind come into being...ignoring this implies the emptiness of ones mind.
