"They settled." Tanked the economy to create the desperation to be able to pay a settlement to rewrite history.
Settlement is not a win, especially in such cases.
Win in that case is when Netflix publicly and loudly admit that they are liars, pay compensation to victim and all who was poisoned by their lies, and obliged to reshoot movie to picture the true history.
"Settlement" is nothing more than a way for rich to avoid punishment. And absence of punishment for rich is one of the things that destroy western civilisation.

LOL. Interesting. I'll have to look into this. It reminds me of When They See Us. In that case too, they settled before it went to court, and part of the settlement included the statement at the beginning of the docudrama which now basically says that it is a work of fiction.
