The issue here...entering a court (formal assembly held by a sovereign) by free will of choice implies ones misjudgment of natural law for artificial law. Sovereignty of another requires willing subordination by self.

A being cannot keep anything in custody within the process of nature. Taking anything into possession conceals a beings potential.

The so called judge revealed this by exposing the child held in custody to injection from outside and through the will of the custodians.

Without entering an artificial court and joining an artificial battle over artificial custody because an artificial bond broke...it wouldn't be so easy for outside forces to penetrate children.
