The OP is not directed at a specific user but a general statement, just like when people make OPs about Jews. Boomer means baby boomer someone born in the (edit: 50'?-60s) 60s but is used as an insult in current time.

I don't see what my being a woman has to do with anything.

Boomer is a state of mind. Blindly following their influencers of choice, rarely zooming out to consider the big picture, and, most of all, the I've got mine attitude and looking down on everyone else.
