Ukraine is not Western Europe. African migrants want to go where people are soft, rich and "open minded".

Black people in Ukraine are going to have a bad time, the few foolish enough to go. Ukrainians already weren't known for being welcoming to foreigners, and now they are hardened by war. If anything Ukraine will end up with migrants from the Russo-sphere / post soviet countries. Similar culture and most people still speak or understand Russian. Maybe Indians will try too, but I would bet a lot of money few blacks will apply.
