Because Persians are not you. It is you, who think "if I have ability to destroy somewone, I'll destroy him". You just project your way of thinking on the people you know shit about. Not much etnicities or nations behave like that. Such behaviour is an exception, not a rule. Normal people don't shoot people they don't like or understand just because they have a gun.
