Well I was thinking something more like taking the x/y coordinate of the lightened pixel, multiply by the frame number it is illuminated, add the sum of all the static, convert the result to binary, and run as executable or view as png or text.
For encoding in audio it's a lot easier. Simply subtract the base wave and end up with the signal.
