I mean, I guess, but what’s the point? Why would God keep that knowledge from us? Personally, that feels deceitful to me and pointless to God’s message and purpose. If it was important, it would be in Genesis.
Overall, sounds like we agree.
He might keep it from us until a date designated by Him. His design is grand. like a really well written movie with twists and turns
And I don't think simply leaving things out is deceitful
