If you really want to enforce rule 1, and the spirit/purpose of rule 1 (not just the legalese wording of it), shouldn't you just ban DresdenFirebomber then? He's never here to discuss conspiracy theories. He only comments to call all of us Nazis, and wants to kill us. He's said so repeatedly, in almost every single comment thread he's made for months. He doesn't provide any useful discussion to any forum he's a part of. He's so toxic that he's been banned off almost every forum on this site, through his main (TheImp), and his alts. Why even tolerate such a toxic user?
Uhhhhh, what? TheImp is "reasonable" only in that he's calm in his abject evil and hatred of us. Just look through his profile. Every single time he interacts with "Nazis" (i.e. us), he derails conversations, denies obvious truths, and says he wants to kill us. He's been doing this in numerous forums, not just here. I have no idea how you could legitimately think him to be reasonable.
Then your interactions with him have been extremely limited. Just because there's "hatred on both sides", doesn't mean both sides are equal. That's a fallacious argument, and easily disproven by even a small amount of experience with this user. Just ask around other forums, like on his old stomping grounds, KiA2. See what the people there say about him.
He tries to bring every single conversation to natalism, Nazis, and women. If you disagree with him in the slightest, he calls you a Nazi or other derogatory name, and advocates for your censorship and death. The hatred he gets from other users here is rightfully deserved.
