Change my mind. The idea is that nothing is available but "family homes", so there's no cheap way to get a home for just yourself, instead you're taxed to death to keep tradcucks getting cheap mortgages.

While cost of living obviously varies across the country, the general trend is undeniable and omnipresent, thanks to…you know who
By President Trump, right now? Do you not pay attention to the financial news?
Ah yes, because investors don't want to make a profit by building homes. Makes total sense.
It really isn't. The idea that housing is overpriced is delusional, and is solely based on the fact that everyone is avoiding Christian shitholes led by Bible thumpers and therefore increasing the demand elsewhere.
I'm originally from the UK. You can get a home in the north of the country, where all the retarded Labour natalism voters come from, for a third of the price of a home in the south of the country where everyone wants to live.
Who the fuck wants to live in Kansas, where it's illegal to look at breasts online but a woman can rape a child and claim child support?
Who wants to live in Youngkin's Virginia where you can't use YouTube unless you give the state your ID?
Homes are expensive because certain places are shitholes led by religious zealots or other worthless trash under the banner of natalism like the Labour communists.
Natalists never want to live in places ruled by their retarded ideology, ironically.
Oh, right, the housing and cost of living crisis started under trump, how could I have been so forgetful
Regarding the rest of your schitzo breakdown: Lol. Lmao even.
Who was President in 2016? I guess you can go further back and blame Bush, then Reagan. Always GOP overspending, resulting in necessary cuts to interest rates to prevent the refinancing being crippling, which forces mortgage rates down, which pushes demand higher on the property available...
It's not schizo at all. Basic supply and demand. There's plenty of supply but it's not what people want, so demand is higher on what people do want.
The cost of living crisis didn’t start in 2016 either lmao
Uh huh…
So then…why aren’t they building what the demand is for? [Hint: that question is (((rhetorical)))]
