Change my mind. The idea is that nothing is available but "family homes", so there's no cheap way to get a home for just yourself, instead you're taxed to death to keep tradcucks getting cheap mortgages.

Who was President in 2016? I guess you can go further back and blame Bush, then Reagan. Always GOP overspending, resulting in necessary cuts to interest rates to prevent the refinancing being crippling, which forces mortgage rates down, which pushes demand higher on the property available...
It's not schizo at all. Basic supply and demand. There's plenty of supply but it's not what people want, so demand is higher on what people do want.

I'm not an expert on US property law, but isn't there some retarded zoning law that says you can't put apartments in an area for "single family homes" because all the tradcuck parents cried about having single people around?
