So does San Marino, and the only thing they're known for is sucking at soccer. Any legally defined country has a seat, even places like Vatican City that have about a hundred people who are all Church employees.
Vatican City is not a legally defined country but a nonmember observer state. All legally defined countries meet a few basic standards defined by the UN for its members. I'm surprised more micronations haven't come forward to join the UN.
There's not much point in joining the UN as a micronation. You can sell your vote to China or America for trade deals, that's about it.
