Wasn't it Iran who had really unfair courts? I think a lack of jury makes it easier to have really unfair courts.

Far from it. It's an actual extremely interesting conspiracy, but because it isn't about Jews, it won't do any numbers here.
If it's about 99%, about anything, it's usually got J's involved, but I'm interested.
a) The chutzpah of rubbing in that migration prevents a jury of ones peers.
b) On the other hand...peer/par (equal) implies natural law judging each different being within. It's the courts of men which are artificial, hence "judge not, lest ye be judged" ~Matthew 7:1
