She isn't arguing in good faith. She just tries to discredit every conspiracy theory involving Jews (read: all of them) and tries to push theories with no Jews in them. Unfortunately for her, those do not exist; it's easier to find an insidious organization without a single man than it is to find one without a single Jew.
Because the theories with no Jews make more sense.
Thiel, Musk, Trump and Vance are all ideologically aligned. Musk promotes natalist propaganda from the Natalism Conference to create a false narrative that people support this.
You're just desperate to not talk about natalism because it has failed everywhere it has been tried.
