This will make 22 comments and I can see all of them: Main, Sub 1, Sub 2. The most likely explanation if those don't resolve for you is that you've forgotten who you blocked, and you probably blocked them for good reasons.
Topics cannot be shadowbanned, but certain keywords are in the sense that they enter moderation immediately. Having an active moderator would assist in establishing community-agreed filter policies and exceptions. Shameless plug: I started a vote on moderation.
