Dumb graphic. The West coast not only has higher housing rates- but also decriminalized a lot of drug use, provides more homeless service, and has year-round weather you won't freeze in.
a) If few have more homes, then many become homeless...that's how balance works.
b) Home/heim/tkei - "to settle"...to settle implies coming down. Being implies rising up (life) while coming down (inception towards death).
Few trick many to ignore this by "settle-ment" aka tricking the mind to hold onto a fictitious home, which nature prevents one from settling into.
One doesn't live inside four walls...one puts up walls to distract from dying.
c) Rate/rata - "fixed amount"...no such thing in nature. Fixing ignores flowing. Few amount many together (mount zion) to affix growth potential.
These numbers feel low, how do they track these people?
It is low. There are 3 million people who officially live out of their vehicles--they are not considered homeless.
Maybe the numbers are the people who check into homeless shelters.
