Even if everyone agrees to ban this, it could still be violated just like the other instances of international law violations that are happening. Only a complete tool like yourself thinks that banning something prevents it from happening. Who is going to enforce the ban, genius? If the US decides to build a military base as part of their Full Spectrum Dominance strategy, who is gonna stop them? Pakistan?
