Just have everything ready until end of summer of 2026 (or 2027?). You will know you have to act as the US forces are pulled out of Europe. There is one place where without US forces there will be clashes: Serbia. Russia is a good ally of Serbia, and an escalation will trigger retaliation.
But you have to act before that, prepare for a hard winter, without electicity, without water, without police force. Mulsims will use this oppurtunity and take over western europe. They are organized well, look out for they people.
