In summary, everyone has a Right to travel.
Only people who use a vehicle for transportation of humans or cargo in exchange for money need a licence.
If you are traveling for your own private reasons, then you are using an automobile.
Registration was originally used to prevent theft and allow cops to question people who are registered to make sure they are operating their own vehicle.
Many are realizing this and no longer participating with the DMV "requirements". For example, one man in Texas got pulled over 9 times and they let him go 8 times. The one time he went to jail, he sued for $4,000,000 for false arrest.
Here is a video explaining the laws behind it.
Nice try, Agent Smith, but you can't trick me into getting a ticket.
Why do to copy my line? Fight the ticket in court with the letter of the law.
You need to be rich to have time for all that courts you certainly win and receive a good lawyer education to avoid all road police tricks they will certainly try on you.
Also, without number plates, I think, you will be constantly stopped by almost every road police car you meet. Absent number plate will attract attention, and even if you will be able to go free without ticket, it will be just annoying and time consuming talks with not always pleasant persons.
If you are just for your privacy - then just make false identity, register car to it and get fake driver license (or legal one, but recieved with that false identity).
If you are for anti-system things, then you will need much more money and time to spend to stay free. It is perfectly possible, but expensive.
You don’t need a lawyer and you are more powerful without one.
You can explain yourself to the cop every time. When enough people do this, cops will learn. You will need a lawyer to sue for 2 million if anyone locks you up but you would get 2 million per cop. Those cops then lose their badge.
You don't need a lawyer, but you have to perfectly know laws, law enforcing internal instructions and regulations and way of thinking of law enforcing dudes to successfully stand against them,
Yes you do. You will do this to every cop you met.
No, they don't. They work by orders and regulations. If they have to check a car without license plate according to internal instructions, then they will do that regardless of understanding, even if they will know that it will end with nothing, because their job and salary depends not on the understanding, but on how they follow orders and instructions.
No, they don't, if they properly followed orders and instructions. State/county will pay you your millions. Law enforcing systems created that way, to protect cops from such cases.
That could work to some extent if police will be a private business.
However, the result of such "if enough people will do it" thing will be not the one you think. If this become more or less noticeable, above noise level to the system, then authorities will just ussue a law or change constitution or whatever highest law in a country to remove the loophole in their laws you use.
You don't understand. Things are totally different in court when you represent yourself. The Court has to take into account that you are not a lawyer giving you a LOT more power in your hands. When you sign up with a lawyer, the lawyer secretly fucks you over for money.
In a lawsuit, lawyers will work for free and are motivated to win to get a big paycheck so that is different and easier if you ask me but other than lawsuits, I would never let a lawyer represent me. Not even for free. It doesn't matter if I'm on trial for a license or a bank robbery. I represent myself and am not stupid enough to hire a lawyer.
We know how to work the cops. Keep your pessimism to yourself Agent Smith.
That does not mean you don't have to know laws better than judge, prosecutor and lawyer together.
Otherwise, court will trick you easily.
No doubts cops could be worked. But it will be a sad and boring life dedicated to work the cops.
I'll prefer variant where cops don't stop my car at all, so I don't have to spend my time in talks with cops and working them in courts.
After a while the cops will change their policies on stopping cars. Its inevitable.
There are only a few laws that have to be memorized that are very important. Of course the Constitution and all laws written in the Common Law handbook.
As far as a lawsuit, you can partner up with a lawyer on that for sure as partners meaning if anything should happen to you, he sues for you and you 2 split the millions of dollars you make 50/50. It is always important to film all encounters to present them in court.
