You don't understand. Things are totally different in court when you represent yourself. The Court has to take into account that you are not a lawyer giving you a LOT more power in your hands. When you sign up with a lawyer, the lawyer secretly fucks you over for money.
In a lawsuit, lawyers will work for free and are motivated to win to get a big paycheck so that is different and easier if you ask me but other than lawsuits, I would never let a lawyer represent me.
