I have mixed emotions

Because this obvious propaganda was designed to mix together modesty vs immodesty among natives, while distracting from lack of modesty and exponentially increasing immodesty among foreigners.

Also...those who bring in foreign rapists to prey upon immodest natives are also tempting modest natives to act like whores, while censoring "rape" in the name of political correctness.
