All sets each one free (choice)...others tempt one to physically (idol) and mentally (ideal) hold onto. Holding onto distorts one within the process of being set free.

It ain't any of these material things...but ones choice to hold onto either.

Material implies ones matter (materi) within all (al) motion...a process of separation. Others shape matter to tempt one to hold onto the shape.
