That's an actor dude. No banker would recite a poem about how they control the world, this is ridiculous.
Read Murasaki Shikibu 'The Tale of Genji" (one of history's first novels)... modifying or rephrasing a classic poem according to the current situation was expected behavior among the aristocracy.

The deep state know what’s going on even in the afterlife. They even have tech that goes that far. Of course there are high places they can’t reach. God has nothing to do with Karma. The deep state are literally doing business with demons. Demons were once a part of the higher groups that worked directly according to the will of God until they rebelled. The tech they have, from my understanding, is that when the soul dies, it has a chance to kind of look around, travel instantly and then it gets to a point of rising. As it is leaving the area, the deep state have entities on the other side of the veil that shift into loved ones so they look like loved ones who tell you to go back to Earth and take care of your family. They also offer that you enter a tunnel. I guess this is a trap to sway you from moving forward in life. They loop you back to Earth through trickery. You end up coming back using your own free will even though you were tricked. Then while you either wake up in your own body that had died for a few seconds, or you are born as a baby in a new life. The reason they want to keep you here is to feed off your soul. The demon gave up their soul voluntarily a long time ago and without a soul, they have no energy. Energy is food so they leech it off the human soul mostly by scaring the human to weaken it and then going in for the leech. This can't be seen with the human eye but it's happening through the 2nd dimension.
