National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), independent federal agency headquartered in Washington, D.C., charged with collecting, caring for, and making publicly available U.S. federal government records. Founded in 1934, the National Archives contain, among other objects, some 13.5 billion documents; 40 million photographs; 10 million maps, charts, and architectural or engineering drawings; and 835 terabytes of electronic records. https://www.britannica.com/topic/National-Archives-and-Records-Administration

Better question is why neither democrats nor republicans seem to care about constitutionality at all.

For example ,where in the Constitution does it give Trump executive powers to declare a federal emergency and pause liberties in response to a disease with a fatality rate less than 1% of the population?

The original colonies lost over 1% of the population just to the cold winters.

It's more than just Trump. Even Lincoln had his hand in on that game.

The states should be allowed to pull out of the Constitution if the Federal government violates the contract.

Abraham Lincoln was a faggot who deserved to be impaled, not shot.

The Constitution should be such a great contractual benefit to states that no state would want to leave it, free from manipulative coercion.

Right, because the constitution is an outdated document... Just as Biden says.

So you are here pushing Biden talking points? Who are you again?

O.K. But, I am having trouble finding any liberties the Trump administration is responsible for withholding. As most of them were done through corporations and state governments. And this AI tool defers to uni-party talking points about voting and immigration.

Care to give me even one example of Trump restricting civil liberties? International Travel is not an American liberty, nor an inalienable right.
