There is.

One of them is landlocked and you can run or get around it. The other can snipe you internationally and you have nowhere to go, nowhere to hide.

There is always way out. There is no any problems to avoid absolute dependence on some shitty payment system. Just like there is no any problems to circumvent any state sanctions.

Naivete. Crypto is worse than the problem itself and it takes a multi million dollar company to create your own payment processor.

You have better luck asking congressmen to force regulations for payment processors than setting up your own currency.

it takes a multi million dollar company to create your own payment processor.

It does not. Adding processing crypto payments to your online shop cost nearly nothing (one working day of one not very skilled programmer) for the company.

Crypto is payment processor by itself. You absolutely don't need any "multi million dollar company" to use it. You should be smashing the one who told you that shit in the face until bloody snot and broken nose. You just create your own wallet on your server, and for each purchase just generate a new address in your own wallet, show it to customer, then check blockchain network for confirmation of transaction to that address of invoiced amount. If transaction is confirmed and amount is correct, then payment is done and money is in your own wallet irreversably. That's all. You can mark invoice as paid and ship goods or provide service to customer. Simple script around opensource crypto client. You don't need to mine anything and even don't need to store whole blockchain data for that.

Crypto is not some fucking asset. It is a distributed payment system. Those who try to use or pose it as an asset either degenerates, either fucking cheaters.
