Yes I have. I have this discussion with my friend and to keep conversations going we label it "pathogen", now we can reason what form that pathogen may take. It's likely a combination of parasites, external toxins and possibly even internal toxins. Germ theory is just that, a theory, not a theorem. I'm sure we have some things wrong, and maybe even intentionally.
