Few suggest "general" to tempt many to sub-ordinate (ordering under) gener-al (generating all) instead of each one re-generating self by resisting all temptation.
Work implies energy (internal/inherent power) aka each one inheriting all...unless ignored for one another.
QUEST (towards outcome) tempts one to ignore ION (enacting origin).
Many on their quests forwards to seek answers from one another are thereby subordinating to the generating all; which permits few to control military...
Militant/militare - "seeking political change by use or advocacy of direct action"...seeking refers to the answers of questions, while advocating direct action implies each one being (life) directed (inception towards death) within the generating all.
