DOGE found fraud in USAID but I am not certain the actual bbb/666 budget bill actually cuts any of that shit out.

It wouldn't matter when the big day comes. The money comes directly from the Federal Reserve by that point. Cutting USAID just prevents Soros from causing more Color Revolutions like with Ukraine and prevents Antifa from being treated like War Heroes.
