Was Hamas created by Israel?
posted 193 days ago by Hate4_Zetetics 193 days ago by Hate4_Zetetics +7 / -0

I remember leaning this but can't remember where. Anyone have a source or evidence? Besides motive, which that part is obvious

Yes. Israel has rejected every ceasefire agreement that calls for the withdrawal of Hamas to other land.

Because I know the jews I don't doubt you or that hamas was created by jews to create minor conflict to justify their extreme "retaliation", but can I see a source?

Actually it's not that simple. You have to understand that people on conspiracy platforms are unfortunately just as much shaped by consensus as much as those on normie platforms. Conspiracy platforms have higher quality stuff but are also subverted and have a watered down version of reality. This consensus is shaped by a multitude of fake accounts and bots steering the conversation. Shaping the terrain so others just parrot what they get away with.

There are multiple Palestinian resistance factions. Hamas is one of them. It's the biggest one lately but it's not the only one. The blanket statement of Israel created Hamas is false or unproven.

When the PLO led by Arafat was going through with peace negotiations with Jewish militias (i.e. so called Israel) in the nineties. Jewish militias (i.e. so called Israelis) turned a blind eye to the rivaling faction of Hamas. They let them acquire funds, they didn't arrest them thus encouraging them to oppose Arafat by calling him a traitor. Hamas later in 2007 kicked out the PLO (Fatah) from Gaza. The PLO (Fatah) was indeed becoming corrupt and Jewish militias did allow money to keep flowing to Gaza through outlets like Qatar. Qatar is an American/British colony that has a large American base and does what the US tells it to. That money BTW wasn't as great as people think it was. It was barely enough for Gaza's necessities. Those in Hamas weren't actually billionaires as Jews like to portray them. That money was also a way of control.

So in a way Jews did prefer Hamas and did allow its funding later on because it would help them achieve their goals and they let them grow. But it's different from creating them. Saying they created them is an over simplification that misses important details and paints the thousands of fighters and even those higher ups as collaborates with Jews.

Recently, Jews did not only murder many of the leadership of Hamas, but they also murdered their children and grandchildren. They also have hired some of them, quite a lot of them for certain. It's possible Yahya Al Sinwar was working for them or it's possible they knew his personality type and let him do his thing.

I could write a book on it because there are details but this is the simplification I can provide. There are many books BTW and interviews on details regarding this topic BTW but they are in Arabic. Most on conspiracy platforms have of course read none and do not know about the intricate details and the complex relationship between Arafat, the PLO, Islamic brotherhood, PFLP and such.

it’s not that simple

Translation: It’s that simple.

1987: Hamas Forms with the Support of Israeli Intelligence

Sheikh Ahmed Yassin forms Hamas as the military arm of his Islamic Association, which had been licensed by Israel ten years earlier (see 1973-1978). According to Charles Freeman, a former US ambassador to Saudi Arabia, “Israel started Hamas. It was a project of Shin Bet, which had a feeling that they could use it to hem in the PLO.” [COUNTERPUNCH, 1/18/2003; DREYFUSS, 2005, PP. 191, 208] Anthony Cordesman, a Middle East analyst for the Center for Strategic Studies, states that Israel “aided Hamas directly—the Israelis wanted to use it as a counterbalance to the PLO.” A former senior CIA official speaking to UPI describes Israel’s support for Hamas as “a direct attempt to divide and dilute support for a strong, secular PLO by using a competing religious alternative.” Further, according to an unnamed US government official, “the thinking on the part of some of the right-wing Israeli establishment was that Hamas and the other groups, if they gained control, would refuse to have anything to do with the peace process and would torpedo any agreements put in place.” Larry Johnson, a counterterrorism official at the State Department, states: “The Israelis are their own worst enemies when it comes to fighting terrorism. They are like a guy who sets fire to his hair and then tries to put it out by hitting it with a hammer. They do more to incite and sustain terrorism than curb it.” [UNITED PRESS INTERNATIONAL, 2/24/2001 SOURCES: LARRY C. JOHNSON, UNNAMED FORMER CIA OFFICIAL] https://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2002/06/08/1320881.php https://web.archive.org/web/20110629151739/http://www.counterpunch.org/hanania01182003.html
