Yes. You can test it on anything and in fact, we all use it 24/7 and all that we experience is made by us alone for our own life but stuff that effects the masses together are manifested by the average sum of the masses.

You actually can do that and move mountains as well but there has to be a good reason for it. You also have to have sufficient faith.

If willpower sustains someone's house, and the people willing it stop willing it or some negative guy walks in, the house should disappear or flicker.
Everything is possible according to your own belief. If you truly believe a house could flicker, you could flicker it. You can do anything you can imagine even if it’s turning into a tree and then back to a human. If you don’t truly believe, you will block the ability to do these things so you never see it.

To believe that a house could flicker would require understand that reality is mostly space wirh some electromagnetic points. Also people who try to manifest 1 billion dollars will probably fail not because this is evil but because it would make that person a target for many criminals. Randi attempted to study frequency manifestation scientifically. Officially he did not find the critical mass needed for large-scale manifestations (considerations include that weather is being fought on earth by people of many different considerations, and that hidden loopholes in physical laws are harder to manifest than events following known laws). I've begun telling people I'm always up for participating in such manifestations; in fact you might say that I have opened up my own frequencies to participate in all manifestation attempts that promote good, consciously or not. One thing I did find is that when 5% of any given population do something, the other 95% tend to follow which means 5% is critical mass. So if 5% simply remain optimistic and believe we can make this world rich and wonderful for all while demonstrating that faith with thoughts, words and deeds, then the hit critical mass and the idea spreads. I’ve been working on that 5% since 2015 but I think we have hit it.
